Moffat hub and the aspiration for a re-opened station

Looking at the associated map, Moffat is at the hub of numerous routes. The proposal makes much of connecting to other transport, especially rail. Swestrans draft response highlights the Moffat hub, and the aspiration for a re-opened station at Beattock.
Scottish Natural Heritage are leading on development of the proposal, and are consulting separately on it.
